Price Guide

Hire Charge

For a daytime function,other than a wedding, the Barn/Farmhouse is hired from 12.00noon until 6.00pm.
For an evening function, other than a wedding, the hire is from 6.00pm until 11.00pm (allowing an hour after for guests to leave therefore making the closing time of 12 midnight.

We only hire out Saxons Barn/The Old Farmhouse for weddings on Saturday's and Sundays.

Catering

All catering is provided in-house by our resident, qualified chef.

We have a wide variety of menu’s to suit all budgets starting from £14.00 per/head for a finger buffet and rising up to £40.00 per/head for silver service dinners with plenty of prices in between. Menus are sent out upon request. Unfortunately we do not allow outside caterers.

Beverages

We can provide a cash bar for your event or you are welcome to pay for the drinks.

If you wish to provide them. Wines are priced at £15.00 per/bottle for Red or White, Champagne is quoted for upon request and our unlimited soft drinks are £5.00per/head.

Entertainment

You are welcome to organise your own entertainment. We do have a disco contact, and bands that we can recommend.

Decoration

We always decorate the barn with seasonal flowers and candles which are included in the price of the hire and you are welcome to have any further decoration should you wish. This can be discussed in more detail with you.

Accommodation

We have four Bed and Breakfast rooms which are en-suite and are priced as follows:

Two doubles @ £85.00 per/night inclusive of breakfast
One twin-bedded room @ £80.00 per night inclusive of breakfast (single occupancy is £55.00 per/night for the above room)
A Suite which is £100.00 per/night inclusive of breakfast

We periodically have special offers for rooms and discounts available when all rooms are booked for events.
